Yabukita-cha

This is Yabukita green tea, a traditional tea of Japan. It is organically cultivated using no agrochemicals. Although it does not have official recognition as organic, it is recognized by Shiga prefecture's The Triple Circle of Fcod Selection, meeting even stricter cultivation standards than those set by JAS. It can be easily made with teabags and is easy to drink, containing little of the bitterness that organically cultivated teas often have.

Zairai-cha

This is Zairai green tea, the oldest variety of tea in Japan. It is organically cultivated using no agrochemicals. It can be easily made with teabags and is easy to drink, with a time-honored taste containing little of the bitterness that organically cultivated teas often have.

Zairai-cha

This is powdered green tea in the form of sticks which has been oranically cultivated using no agrochemicals. Although it dose not have official recognition as organic,it is recognized by Shiga prefectur's environmental board,meeting even stricter cultivation standards than those set by JAS. Because it is made into sticks you can just put them into your cup and add hot water. It has a milder taste then `matcha`tea. You can safely drink the tea leaves along with the tea.
